A Claude Code skill for making videos

Type /storyboard and Claude plans, writes, voices, animates and renders a finished MP4 from your content.

What a Claude Code skill is

A skill is a folder of instructions and tools that teaches Claude Code how to do a specialised job. Easy Storyboard adds one: /storyboard, which turns content into a narrated, animated video, with Claude doing the writing and the animation.

The phases

  1. Concept. Picks a narrative shape, explores three creative directions, and maps an emotional-energy arc across the beats.
  2. Script. Narration timed to your target length, with pauses between beats and a machine-readable beats block.
  3. Voice. A free neural voice with exact slide cues and per-word timestamps, or ElevenLabs.
  4. Build. Claude choreographs storyboard.html on a motion engine with 110+ presets, springs, camera moves, 23 transitions, charts and rigged characters.
  5. Audit. A built-in quality gate catches invisible elements, broken timing, frozen beats and unreadable text.
  6. Render. Headless Chromium and ffmpeg produce the MP4.

Every phase writes a plain file, so you can stop, edit and pick up where you left off.
